27th Narrow River Road Race

The fog lifted, the rain held off and the cloud cover kept things cool, making for perfect running conditions for the 2014 Narrow River Road Race on Saturday, May 10. More than 250 runners and walkers enjoyed this annual NRPA event that features a 10K Run, 5K Run and 5K Walk along Narrow River, one of the most beautiful courses in Southern New England.

By the Numbers

George Marr of North Kingstown, R.I. (left) leads the 10K pack along Middlebridge Road in South Kingstown as the runners return to the start/finish line at Narragansett Beach.
