The 2023 W.E.R. La Farge Friend of the River Award was presented to Rebecca Russell (at left with Richard Grant) for her dedication and outstanding service to the Narrow River Preservation Association and to Narrow River and its watershed as the NRPA Program Coordinator/Program Director from 2021 to 2023. In presenting the honor, Veronica Berounsky (right) said “We appreciate her enthusiastic participation and leadership in NRPA’s initiatives and events.”
