2026 Scholarship Devin Silversmith SKHS

Devin will attend Cornell University to study Environment and Sustainability, concentrating in Environmental Biology and Applied Ecology. A passionate bird enthusiast, Devin earned third place in the state science fair for his research on nocturnal migrant bird vocalizations, showcasing both scientific curiosity and technical skill. At SKHS, he competed as a cross‑country runner and lacrosse player. Devin also works with the Audubon Youth Conservation League, serves as his class photographer, and is a member of the National Honor Society. His commitment to ecological research and conservation underscores his readiness to contribute meaningfully to the field.
